Toshikazu Fujimi is a newly appointed guidance counselor at a school. He possesses hypnotic drugs that allow him to alter the will of any targeted female, bringing out hidden feelings from their minds to use for his own advantage. He preys on the students who come to him for counseling, exploiting their vulnerabilities through his twisted methods.
