Following a physical education class, a simple mistake leads to Shizumori's underwear being placed in the wrong locker by a classmate. Forced to endure the discomfort and embarrassment, she must spend the subsequent hours of the school day without any undergarments, anxiously waiting for the chance to return to the locker room and correct the error.
Upon her return, she encounters Ozaki, who has not only found her belongings but is actively smelling her underwear. He returns her bra but discards the rest, creating a situation where Shizumori must bend over to retrieve them. Seizing the opportunity, Ozaki takes a photograph of her in this exposed state. Using this image as leverage, he accuses her of being an exhibitionist and begins to blackmail her, demanding sexual acts in exchange for his silence.
