Otonashi Meimi is walking alone in an empty park when the demon Rococo suddenly appears and uses her Eternal Arm attack to separate the power of Misty Mei from within Meimi's body. Meanwhile, at Naoto's house, his stepsister Hikaru, who was studying abroad, returns home and starts attending the same school as Naoto, causing some worry for his lover Rika.
Naoto and Rika profess their love for each other and make love in the school nurse's office, but Misty Mei appears and spirits Rika away. The angel Luvril then tells Naoto that he has no choice but to have sex with Hikaru so that a new Djibril can be born to save Rika.
