Will, an orphan who spent his childhood in the cultured city of Little Monica, returns after many years. He hopes to contribute to his hometown and reunite with his childhood friend Celia.
Upon his arrival, Will discovers that Little Monica has drastically changed during his absence. Once a beacon of high culture and arts, the city has descended into a capital of vice and moral degeneration. Now, Will faces the central question of whether he can resist the city's pervasive temptations or if he will succumb to them.
With the help of Celia, her sisters Tina and Mei, and the enigmatic Miss Meow, Will embarks on a personal struggle. Their collective efforts may hold the key to restoring Little Monica to its former glory.
