Princess Mayuka's family is overthrown in a coup d'état, forcing her to flee to Earth with a crucial mission: recharge the Ultimate Weapon. After studying the mating behaviors of Earthlings, she decides to enlist the help of college student Yoshizumi, one of her research subjects. However, her plan goes awry when she crash-lands on his roof.
Yoshizumi takes Mayuka hostage and shoots her with her own gun, brainwashing her into believing she is his younger sister. As he grows fond of her, he agrees to help with her mission: awakening the powers of Akiho, the red-haired, green-eyed, appetite-driven Ultimate Weapon, through "primitive stimulation."
