A young man named Kaito inherits a mysterious house from his late grandfather. Upon moving in, he discovers that the house is inhabited by a mischievous spirit known as a warashi. The warashi, a playful and sometimes troublesome entity, begins to interact with Kaito in unexpected ways.
As Kaito tries to adjust to his new life, he finds himself drawn into a series of supernatural encounters.
