Hatsushima Minoru is a high school student at Seiou Kan Gakuen, a school located on a hill in a historic town. He spends his days carefree with his friends, not particularly interested in romance.
One spring, his close friends announce they have started dating, awakening in Minoru a longing for a relationship of his own. Soon after, his little sister takes him to a tennis match, where he meets Sakurai Momoko, an older student. This encounter sets him on a new path.
