Yui Kurahashi, following a heated argument with her parents, makes the drastic decision to run away from home. Adrift and uncertain, she wanders the streets of the city until a chance meeting with a friend leads her into a deceptive situation. Under false pretenses, she is persuaded to register on a service known as Free Friends, a matchmaking website with a reputation that she does not fully comprehend. With little else to do, she passively waits for a connection, unaware of the implications.

Her profile is soon discovered by the main character, a young man who stumbles upon it by accident. Intrigued, he decides to make contact. This simple action sets in motion a chain of events that draws both of them toward a planned rendezvous. As night falls, they prepare to meet within the urban landscape, a setting that becomes the backdrop for their mutual exploration of freedom and physical desire, far from the constraints of their ordinary lives.
