Electric Full Flower Garden

In the near future of 2037, Akihabara has become a battleground for yakuza factions whose primary resource is electricity. Matsuyama, the leader of the Kanto Cyber Imaginary Number Group, devises a plan to illuminate a massive adult entertainment complex using surplus power, aiming to seize territory from the rival Nakahara-gumi.

However, Nakahara, the head of the opposing group, has a personal reason to refuse. His beloved Arika suffers from a rare disease that causes her body to spasm violently when exposed to neon light—a condition that is fatal if left untreated. As Matsuyama's scheme progresses, Nakahara must find a way to protect Arika while navigating the dangerous power struggle.
